Vaishali Skill & Development Centre (V.S.D.C.)
Founded in 2017, VSDC is toiling hard in educational excellence and community development, especially in the pre-primary and primary education (Foundational Literary and Numeracy) domains. We are committed to sustainable principles that will uplift individuals and communities, primarily focusing on women and child development, through education and skill empowerment initiatives.

Enhancing Digital Learning and Edutainment especially for low-connectivity regions in Early Childhood Education Domain (Pre-primary)
At VSDC, we specialize in identifying capacity gaps and developing tailored capacity-building plans to equip individuals with the skills necessary for effective digital learning implementation. From comprehensive training programs for educators and community leaders to ongoing support and coaching sessions, we ensure that everyone can thrive in the digital learning landscape.
The project aims to establish a Mobile Health Camp to address the community's healthcare needs, including girls and women in rural and semi-urban areas.
VSDC will address menstrual hygiene and societal stigma, supporting girls' education in rural India by raising awareness and distributing sanitary pads and hence normalising menstruation, reducing shame and barriers. The primary focus is on preventive care, health education, and basic medical services, enhancing the overall well-being of urban residents.
